PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMES
United States: 7 to 14 business days
Canada, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand: 8 to 18 business days
All other countries we ship to: 10 to 20 business days

Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships and can run longer in peak season. For Christmas delivery, order by the cutoff shown on our product page.

United States: $5.99 tracked shipping
International: $6.99 tracked shipping
Every order ships with tracking.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, most of the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. If your country isn't available at checkout, we can't ship there yet.

MULTIPLE ITEMS
Orders with several outfits may arrive in more than one package. Each package has its own tracking.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by your country's customs authority. These are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient unless they were collected at checkout.

ADDRESS ISSUES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking hasn't updated for 30 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll reship or refund it. See our Refund Policy for details.
